Our Return Policy

Contact us: Returns@HiddenBeautyPlus.com to receive RA# for your return(s).  Note fees associated with returns below.

Terms and Conditions:

  • All returns must be postmarked no later than 14 calendar days after delivery
  • All returned item(s) must be in their original state and deemed to be unworn
  • All original manufacturer packaging, tags (attached and not removed from garments) must be included
  • Return item(s) in appropriate mailing packaging as not to crush or wrinkle products.
  • Any Shipping cost associated with your purchase is not refundable.
  • We do not supply a return shipping label, customer is responsible for return shipping.

All sales are Final and cannot be exchanged or returned on the following products:

  • Adhesive products or products containing adhesive
  • Foam Forms
  • Liquids, Sprays, Retouch
  • Silicone Nipples
  • Latex products
  • Compression garments containing a crotch
  • Clearance, Closeouts or Finals Sale Items
  • Items noted in description as Non-Returnable

Return Restocking fee:

  • 15% restocking fee on all eligible returned item(s) will be deducted from your refund
  • We reserve the right to charge additional fees if item(s) are not returned in acceptable condition, this can be up to 20% or refusal of return(s).

Late Returns

  • Items received past our 14day policy if accepted will have a 20% restocking fee deducted from your refund.

Recommendations:

We follow hygiene and health code regulations on returns.  We recommend that on trying on item(s) and returning item(s):

  • Do not wear perfume, lotions, powders or deodorants
  • Do not alter items
  • Do not add tapes, sprays to Items such as Breast Forms, Enhancers etc.
  • Do not wash any items or remove tags on item(s)
  • Do not throw away any manufacturer packaging.

Certain materials absorb scents, powders immediately, please try your garments over a clean garment.

We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item that does not meet our hygiene and quality control examination.

Errors on Shipments:

In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you the incorrect product or you have received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately.  We will reimburse you the cost of returning the package to us and will not be charged any fees. Some items that have been shipped by Manufacturer, we may be able to have a return label sent to you and picked up by Carrier.
